Ooredoo customers need to participate in the ‘Ooredoo Mega contest’ and subscribe to their choice of service (as displayed), and, on successful subscription they get a chance to play SPIN THE WHEEL, where, user(s) can win assured over 10 Lakhs prizes like 1 Lakh Ks cash, 25,000 Ks cash prize Daily, 2000 Ks Top-Up, 300 ks Gaming cashback, Free Mobile Data and much more exciting prizes.


2) How much do I pay for the service?

Each service has its own price and validity as mentioned on the page.


3) How many gifts I can win in this offer?

A customer is eligible to get gratified once a month during the offer period for one service.


4)How Can I redeem my gift?

User(s) on successfully playing SPIN THE WHEEL are instantly rewarded. However, in case of Mega Prizes user(s) will be notified via SMS/call where the user will have to produce his credentials at Ooredoo Workplace and take home his/her prize.


5) How do I deactivate from Ooredoo Mega contest?

You can send an SMS with keyword OFF to <shortcode > or unsubscribe within the portal from the ‘My Account’ section. You can also unsubscribe via the My Ooredoo App.


6) What is the end date of the contest?

“Ooredoo Mega Contest” runs till end of 2020. Till then Subscribe & grab all the exciting prizes.


Terms & Conditions

  1. User needs to subscribe to the services on which they can play SPIN THE WHEEL and Win prizes.
  2. Won Prizes cannot be exchanged with any cash or transferred.
  3. If any customer closes/skips the SPIN THE WHEEL Page then S/he cannot win any prize(s).
  4. Customer will lose the chance at winning a prize If the customer does not click/respond on spin the wheel page within 30 Seconds.
  5. You should be at least 18 years of age and an individual user of Ooredoo to participate in the contest.
  6. Ooredoo reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove the contest/campaign at any time by posting notification on the Ooredoo platform.
  7. You agree that you will not, under any circumstances use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the service.
  8. Post winner confirmation, Ooredoo will make three (3) attempts to contact the winner on their registered Mobile number to inform them about the prize and further process of claiming the prize.
  9. Winners also consent to the information being stored in Ooredoo system. Ooredoo can use winner’s image for contest promotions. Customer cannot claim for any fee for using his/her image for promotion.
  10. Warrant that you have read, understood and agreed to the Terms & conditions.
  11. Any failure on the winner's part to comply with the direction issues by Ooredoo for claiming the prize shall entitle Ooredoo to forfeit the prize.
  12. Winner need to come on Ooredoo’s venue to take the Mega prize Won. Ooredoo is not responsible for fare or any extra fee. Winner is fully responsible to pay their own travel fare.
  13. Employees of Ooredoo shall not be eligible for any of the Prizes under Contest.
